Excel Driver Services

At Excel Driver Services, I directed a comprehensive rebranding initiative, starting with the redesign of their logo and evolving into a cohesive brand identity applied across multiple digital platforms and assets. Leading as both a creative strategist and project manager, I:

  • Designed and implemented a full suite of branded materials, including their logo, visual identity, and several key websites for customer engagement and recruiting.
  • Developed a custom LMS web application, overseeing the product's design and functionality through wireframes, prototypes, and UX/UI refinement, working closely with a small development team that I also managed.
  • Oversaw digital marketing efforts across all channels, including the website, blogs, and email marketing, ensuring consistent brand messaging and design, while staying attuned to competitive trends and advancements in driver training technology.
  • Built the company’s initial websites on WordPress, focusing on lead generation and recruiting functionality. Based on these sites' success, I assembled and managed a development team to expand the platform by migrating it to Drupal and later to a .Net environment for improved scalability.
  • Established a robust SOP for recruiting and job placement processes. Launched and led a large-format vinyl printing operation for graphics, producing and installing extensive trailer graphics across a fleet of 130-foot semi-truck trailers.

This role required an adaptive, multi-disciplinary approach to creative direction, technical oversight, and team leadership, positioning Excel Driver Services as a leader in both brand presence and operational efficiency.
